Just so you know, that article sorely misrepresents the comments of both couples interviewed, at points contributing quotes to people who did not say them. Really unfortunate.

I don't remember anyone coming across particularly badly, but it's been a while and I was reading quickly.

I guess with Slate we should be surprised only if they got it right.
